Celery, thinly sliced 1 c
Onion, finely chopped 3 clv
Fresh Garlic, chopped & crushed 2 T

Sea Salt 1 pn
Paprika 1 pn
Chili powder 1 pn
Red Chili Pepper 1⁄2 t
Garlic Powder 2 t
Soy Sauce 1 t

Make sure you take the time and do it right.
1. Sort, Rinse, Soak overnight. Rinse
2. Bring to boil
3. Add vegetables
4. Add spices
5. Simmer on low heat.
