Description

Take as much time as you need. If you're anything like me, you like to spread everything out ahead of time, and organization is of the essence.  

Ingredients

1 lb
Red Kidney Beans
1 c
Celery, thinly sliced
1 c
Onion, finely chopped
3 clv
Fresh Garlic, chopped & crushed
2 T
Olive Oil, Extra Virgin
1 pn
Black Pepper, freshly ground
1 pn
Oregano
1 pn
Sea Salt
1 pn
Paprika
1 pn
Chili powder
1 pn
Red Chili Pepper
1⁄2 t
Garlic Powder
2 t
Soy Sauce
1 t
Ground Cumin
1
Bay Leaf

Instructions

Make sure you take the time and do it right. 

1. Sort, Rinse, Soak overnight. Rinse

2. Bring to boil

3. Add vegetables

4. Add spices

5. Simmer on low heat.

Notes

Don't forget to enjoy the moment. Take time to savor, and if at all possible, avoid the rush, after all; there's no time like the mindful present!
