Ingredients

Macaroni 3 c
Cheddar, shredded 3⁄4 c
Breadcrumbs (Pppridge Farms Stuffing, ie) 1⁄2 c
butter (1 stick) 1⁄2 t
Salt 1⁄4 t
Black Pepper, freshly ground 2 1⁄2 T
Flour 2 1⁄2 c
Milk 1 pn
Paprika 1 pn
Oregano 1 pn
Chili powder 1⁄4 t
Red Chili Pepper 1⁄4 c
ParmesanInstructions
Melt butter in saucepan over medium heat, along with salt, and pepper. Stir in enough flour to make a roux. Slowly stir in Milk. Add cheese, continue to stir. Add macaroni to baking pan. Stir in sauce. Sprinkle Paprika, Oregano, Parmesan Cheese, and Chili Powder. Melt butter or margarine, in another saucepan, stir in crumbs. Add crumbs to top of mac and sauce mix. Cover with foil. Bake 30-35 minutes.
